Bluish RC For Windows 7
First of all it's a RC so it needs more improvement. but you can tested (This theme is created with VSB and it just reach v5.18, and sorry this theme is sooo long because i am a student and when i published this i was ill. Copy This VS To Root(C:,D:, / Your windows installation drive)\Windows\Resources\Themes to work properly
